At NOVACELL Medical Center, your treatment path is planned in accordance with international standards and based on a personalized approach, safety, and transparency. Here’s a step-by-step process of stem cell therapy or modern regenerative therapies—from initial contact to advanced post-treatment care.

Pre-qualification and consultation
Contacting the clinic

Register by phone, email, or online. Complete a detailed medical questionnaire and submit your current documentation (test results, medication list).

Medical consultation

This can be done online or in-person. The doctor will analyze your case, present possible treatment options, and discuss indications, contraindications, expected outcomes, and potential risks.

Education and shared decision-making

You receive clear information about the treatment process, alternatives, and all costs. You can ask questions at any stage.

Qualification for the procedure and preparation
Individual assessment
  • A team of specialists evaluates your documentation, conducts detailed tests, and excludes any contraindications (e.g., active infections, cancer, unstable chronic diseases)
Additional tests

If necessary, you undergo laboratory and imaging tests – the list is provided by the clinic

Before the procedure, you sign an informed consent form and receive detailed preparation instructions, including instructions on medications, diet, lifestyle and things to take to the clinic.

Cell preparation

Procedure

Cells are administered intravenously, intra-articularly, or locally, depending on the indication. The entire procedure typically takes 1–2 hours.

* Upon request, therapy can be combined with other supportive procedures (e.g. DFPP, exosomes, IV infusions)

Monitoring

During the procedure, you are under the constant care of medical staff. We monitor your well-being and vital signs.

Safety at every stage

All procedures are performed by an experienced team, in accordance with international safety standards (FDA, EMA, ISSCR, GMP). Qualification is always individualized – the physician carefully assesses indications, contraindications, and risks.
