Pre-qualification and consultation
Register by phone, email, or online. Complete a detailed medical questionnaire and submit your current documentation (test results, medication list).
This can be done online or in-person. The doctor will analyze your case, present possible treatment options, and discuss indications, contraindications, expected outcomes, and potential risks.
You receive clear information about the treatment process, alternatives, and all costs. You can ask questions at any stage.
Qualification for the procedure and preparation
- A team of specialists evaluates your documentation, conducts detailed tests, and excludes any contraindications (e.g., active infections, cancer, unstable chronic diseases)
If necessary, you undergo laboratory and imaging tests – the list is provided by the clinic
Before the procedure, you sign an informed consent form and receive detailed preparation instructions, including instructions on medications, diet, lifestyle and things to take to the clinic.

Organization of stay and logistics
You choose a convenient procedure date. For international patients, we offer support with travel, accommodation, and translation arrangements.

Procedure – day of surgery
On the day of the procedure, our team ensures your comfort, explains the procedure and answers any questions.

Cells are administered intravenously, intra-articularly, or locally, depending on the indication. The entire procedure typically takes 1–2 hours.

During the procedure, you are under the constant care of medical staff. We monitor your well-being and vital signs.
